2007 American Association School Librarians
Reno, NV-October 25-October 28, 2007
The AASL is a division of the American Library Association and convenes once every two years. Over 3,000 librarians are expected to come to Reno this year. The association has planned large blocks of no conflict time allowing librarians the time they need to view all the books on the show floor.
Books for grades K-12 are appropriate for the school librarians, administrators and media specialists who will attend this important conference. Librarians attending are usually active in their association and national advocates for bettering school libraries. In addition to the professional meetings they attend, the exhibits are vitally important to them, as this may be the only opportunity for them to see, first hand, all the new titles on display. AASL is a must show for any publisher who published books for the K-12 market.
