2008 Ohio Library CouncilColumbus-September 12-September 12, 2008The Ohio Library Council alternates its schedule every year. In 2007, the exhibit floor was open during the Council’s annual conference. This year, there is a one day “trade show” featuring only the exhibits, and no conferences or panels. This arrangement insures high traffic because the entire conference is non-conflict time. Ohio has a reputation of spending big on libraries, and it also has the highest per capita budget for libraries in the entire country, making it a very important show.
