No More JokingLast week I posted a stupid sarcastic post about how appalling it would be to give or receive a book as a present. I hope you read into the sarcasm. In all honesty, I think it’s a great idea, and a lot of the gifts I’ll be giving this year include books. A bunch of publishers, as well as new video producers Random House, AND a bunch of celebrities all either agree or are pretending to agree, and have created the site BooksAreGreatGifts.com. Not that I think any of you need to be convinced, but check it out anyway. At the very least, it’s amusing, and at best, it’s a really good point.
