The American Library Association, the oldest and largest library association in the world, is holding their 2010 Midwinter conference back in the populous North East once more, and expects an increase of attendance of the 2009 show in Denver. With almost 110,000 public, school, college and university libraries in the U.S., national book shows such as the ALA-Midwinter conference provide exposure to this multi-billion dollar market.
ALA-Midwinter is a great way to kick off a year of successful marketing by putting your titles front and center for librarians and librarian staff to see. With an attendance over 10 thousand in 2009, and over 13 thousand last time it was held in the North East in 2008, this year’s show is positioned to be great!
Due to our seniority with ALA, we have once again secured a prime location at the entrance to the exhibit hall. This will give your publications maximum exposure to the thousands of librarians expected to attend.
Your titles will be displayed prominently within our exhibit and organized by the Dewey Decimal System, with all of your pertinent title and contact information contained in the exhibit catalog for attendees to take.
