Heading into their third year with a combined conference, the California Library Association and California School Library Association give unprecedented opportunity in one of the largest and most important states in the union. A move back to northern California should bring an increase of attendance, as it will be the first time the joint conference hits the northern part of the state. Even though state budgets are hurting, and the trickle down to libraries and schools is felt, the joint conference of these two associations brings nearly endless opportunity.
