Our services are designed to put your books in front of the right people—industry professionals who are actively seeking new titles—without requiring you to be there in person.

Most of the trade shows and conferences we attend are business-to-business (B2B) events. These aren’t open to the general public or authors but are reserved for professionals such as:

  • Librarians
  • Educators and teachers
  • Literary and rights agents
  • Traditional and independent publishers

Because of this, service orders do not include personal admission or event badges.

What Happens at These Events

Unlike retail book fairs, B2B conferences focus on networking, discovery, and professional exchange—not on-the-spot book sales. Attendees browse catalogs, explore displays, and take notes on titles that catch their interest. After the event, they bring this information back to their libraries, agencies, or publishing houses and pursue titles through distributors serving these markets.

By registering your book with us, you ensure it’s seen by decision-makers who are constantly searching for new opportunities—without the stress, travel costs, or time commitment of attending yourself.

Author Attendance

The New York Library Association Conference is the only show where authors cannot attend.

Keep in mind, these events are designed primarily for librarians, educators, and publishing professionals. While there typically aren’t panels, meetings, or special programming geared specifically to authors, it’s still a valuable opportunity to showcase your work—and with our service, your book gets that visibility even if you choose not to attend.
