Thank you for registering for Combined Book Exhibit upcoming book fairs. Below are instructions to send your book{s} to us prior to the listed deadlines below for each show. If you are signing up for multiple shows, you can send all books in one package/box. There is no need to include documentation of the shows you sign up for. We check in each and every book and match it up with your registration.

Shipping Information
Please send one (1) copy of your title for EACH show registered for. For example, if you signed up for two shows, you would send us 2 copies of your book.

For London Book Fair Only:
If you reside in the UK or Europe, you can send one copy of your book to:

If you have signed up for shows other than the London Book Fair, please send the display copies for these shows to the Marcellus address above. Do not send them to the UK address.
We highly recommend sending the books via Fedex or UPS which includes a tracking number. If using USPS, we recommend sending via priority mail.
UK and Europe Authors:
We know shipping books from the UK and/or Europe can be expensive. Another less expensive option would be to order the books on Amazon US and have them shipped to our Marcellus address. Shipping is normally free on Amazon orders.
Print Adverstising:
We require that all ads be 8.5 x 11 inches and saved as a PDF file. No bleeds.
